Job description

Eurofins VBM Laboratoriet A/S (near Aalborg) is seeking capable employees for a full-time position as a laboratory assistant with start soon and for at least one year ahead.

As a laboratory assistant you will be part of our Team Ung, which consists of a broad range of students from high schools and universities, as well as young people working in their gap year.

A gap year with us is an excellent springboard to a student job when you start your education.

About the job

• Sample preparation of soil and construction waste samples.
• Working with analytical instruments; GC-MS and GC-FID.

Qualifications

Your professional and personal competencies are

• You have a gap year at least until summer 2027
• You have the possibility to work day, night and weekend shifts
• You are interested in natural sciences
• You are stable, positive and have a strong drive
• You are not afraid to take responsibility
• You are able to work efficiently and you care that pace and quality are in order
• You have good collaboration skills and a flexible attitude to working hours
• You are quality- and responsibility-conscious and work in a structured and systematic way
• The tasks require that you understand, write and speak Danish, and have knowledge of the Office suite

Working hours

You will be included in the department's work schedule, which will be agreed upon at the time of hire.

Work location

You will work at the laboratory located at: Industrivej 1, 9440 Aabybro (near Aalborg).

There are no buses to Aalborg after 23:00. Therefore it would be advantageous to have a car available.
