Warehouse Manager for TripleCut in Vejle

Do you have solid experience with warehouse work and a desire to oversee the daily operation of the warehouse? At TripleCut in Vejle you will work with warehouse management, packing and shipping of items and at the same time be responsible for planning and assigning tasks in the team.

On behalf of TripleCut in Vejle, Career | a JKS Company is seeking a warehouse manager. Together with your colleagues you ensure that the produced items are handled with care and delivered to customers as agreed.

About the job

About the job As the warehouse manager you plan and allocate the tasks and you also participate in the daily warehouse work. The team consists of you and a permanent warehouse employee, while two additional colleagues help out as needed. You handle the finished items from the company’s own production, which either need to be stored or prepared for dispatch.

You will have among other things the task to

• Plan and allocate the warehouse's tasks and instruct the colleagues
• Register finished items in Monitor
• Pack and prepare shipments so the items are protected during transport
• Ensure correct documentation and send relevant papers and certificates to customers by email
• Coordinate shipments and prepare regular weekly deliveries as items are completed

About you

You have a relevant education in warehousing and logistics and/or solid experience with warehouse work. You thrive with practical tasks and are ready to take responsibility for planning, instruction and follow-up. Previous management experience is not a requirement. You have a sense of order and work carefully - even when there are multiple tasks to manage. You handle the items with care and ensure that both registrations and documentation are in order.

In addition, TripleCut emphasizes that you

• Have experience with Monitor or a similar ERP system
• Are used to using Excel and Word
• Hold a forklift certificate
• Can prioritise tasks and maintain an overview
• Collaborate well and communicate clearly with colleagues

TripleCut produces items to high quality and with tight precision requirements. Customers include defense, medical, the food industry and the process industry. The company has modern machinery and experienced staff and also offers to store finished items for customers for later delivery.
