Everyday work: Paving, planting and garden construction

Your everyday The tasks start with the outdoor area being prepared for the next step. You work with substructure, stones, soil and plants, and the finish must sit properly before you finish the task. When the work shifts from paving to planting, it is about getting the sequence right so that the area ends up cohesive and usable.

You will among other things work with

• Lay paving in gardens, driveways and outdoor areas
• Work with planting in gardens and green areas
• Prepare subgrade and construction before paving
• Maintain garden areas with pruning and general green work
• Assist with rainwater solutions and LAR (green urban drainage) tasks when it is part of the job

There is no paperwork or long meetings planned. It is practical construction work where you use your hands and can see the result when the day is over.

We are looking for someone who can tick most boxes You do not need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand by what you deliver.

We expect that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a landscaping gardener or with construction work
• Have a driving license
• Can work safely with paving
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Say if something is not right

It is advantageous if you also have experience with planting, garden maintenance or rainwater solutions. The most important is that you can take responsibility for the practical work on the customer's site.
