Landscape gardener for paving and green maintenance in Bording

Are you a landscape gardener and would you like a company car and varied outdoor tasks?

We are looking for a landscape gardener for paving, green maintenance and earthworks in Bording.

You join a company where the work ranges from garden tasks and driveways to larger construction projects. The clients are private individuals, companies and housing associations, so everyday life requires both neat work and good dialogue. The locations are around Bording and the rest of Central Denmark Region, so you work where the task is. There are modern machines for the heavy parts, and that makes a difference when substrate, soil and paving have to play together.

This is for you who like to see the result of your work on the same day. You get a company car, defined boundaries and a daily life where agreements must hold. There is a need for an experienced person who can take charge and speak up if something doesn’t add up.

What you get Salary: 165-185 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Work area: Bording and surrounding area

Trade union: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term assignments.

Everyday: Paving, green maintenance and earthworks

Your daily life The practical part is about making the substrate, machines and materials fit the task. Some days you work with stone, leveling and soil, other days with green maintenance and preparing outdoor areas. When something changes along the way, you address it early so the agreement can still hold.

You will among other things work with

• Installing paving on terraces, paths and driveways
• Handling green maintenance with mowing, pruning and care
• Carrying out earthworks, leveling and site preparation
• Establishing green areas and clearing undergrowth
• Working with machines on construction projects

Here it is important that you deliver something you can stand by. If a task grows bigger than expected, you report it further before it becomes a problem for the customer.

We are looking for someone who can tick most boxes You don’t have to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand by what you deliver.

We expect that you

• Have at least 4 years of experience as a landscape gardener or with similar construction work
• Have a driving license
• Can take responsibility for your tasks
• Show up reliably and keep your commitments
• Speak politely with customers

It is an advantage if you have worked with both paving, green maintenance and earthworks before. But the most important is that you can take charge and work properly.
