Bispebjerg and Frederiksberg Hospital are looking for an engaged lawyer for the Unit for Law and Secretariat. The unit consists of 9 employees, of which 4 are lawyers, and is part of the Secretariat and Organization staff.

Your tasks

As a lawyer with us you will have a broad portfolio of tasks and a large contact surface across the hospital.

The tasks include, among others,

• advise within health law, psychiatric law, administrative law and public law in general
• provide legal sparring to management, managers, leaders and clinicians
• work with data protection law issues
• teach about e.g. consent, confidentiality, data protection, access to information and coercion in psychiatry
• prepare memos, case summaries, consultation responses and decision proposals
• answer inquiries from patients, citizens, authorities and partners
• contribute to the development of workflows, processes and legal standards

Who are you?

You hold a cand.jur. or cand.soc.jur. degree and have an interest in health law, data protection law and the public law domain, and you

• have strong legal analysis and communication skills
• can express yourself clearly and precisely both in writing and orally
• thrive in cross-disciplinary collaboration and can understand different professional perspectives
• have political, strategic and organizational understanding and can navigate safely in a complex organization
• create overview, show sound judgment and work independently even when tasks are complex and time is tight
• show initiative, work with quality and are motivated to develop and improve workflows and solutions
• thrive in a everyday life characterised by change and manage to maintain focus and momentum
• contribute to a strong professional and social community with commitment, cooperative spirit and good humor

Salary and employment terms The position is 37 hours per week with start as soon as possible. Salary and employment terms are in accordance with collective agreements for academics employed in regions, etc. 33.01.1.
