Bispebjerg and Frederiksberg Hospital is seeking an engaged jurist for the Legal and Secretariat Unit. The unit consists of 9 staff, including 4 lawyers, and is part of the Secretariat and Organisation staff.

Your tasks

As a jurist with us you will have a broad portfolio of tasks and extensive contact across the hospital.

The tasks include, among others,

• advise on health law, psychiatry law, administrative law and public law in general
• provide legal sparring to the management, heads, leaders and clinicians
• work with data protection-law issues
• educate about e.g. consent, confidentiality, data protection, access to documents and coercion in psychiatry
• draft notes, case proposals, responses to consultations and decision proposals
• answer inquiries from patients, citizens, authorities and partners
• contribute to the development of workflows, processes and legal standards

Who are you?

You hold a cand.jur. or cand.soc.jur. degree and have an interest in health law, data protection law and the public law field, and you

• have strong legal analytical and communication skills
• can express yourself clearly and precisely both in writing and orally
• thrive in collaboration across disciplines and sectors and be able to understand different professional perspectives
• have political, strategic and organizational understanding and can navigate safely in a complex organization
• create overview, exercise sound judgment and work independently even when tasks are complex and time is short
• show initiative, work with a quality mindset and are motivated to develop and improve workflows and solutions
• thrive in a daily life characterised by change and be able to maintain focus and momentum
• contribute to a strong professional and social community with engagement, collaboration skills and good humor

Salary and employment terms The position is 37 hours per week with start as soon as possible. Salary and employment terms follow the collective agreements for academics employed in regions etc. 33.01.1.
