Playful educational assistant wanted…

To our lovely kindergarten 😊

🔥 Do you want to help make a mark in the lives of small people?

In Hærvejens Dagtilbud we believe that memorable childhood moments do not happen by themselves – they are created by people with the right heart, curiosity in their eyes and soil under their nails. 🌿

We are looking for An Educational Assistant who will do more than just routines.

An PA who dares to play, laugh and create the moments children remember – and who can be felt long into adulthood ❤️

🗓️ The position is permanent and 37 hours (or by agreement) with employment from 1 January 2027 and start 4 January or as soon as possible thereafter .

🌱 About us

Hærvejens Dagtilbud is a lively day care with room for 16 children aged 0-2.9 years and 52 children aged 2.9–6 years.

We have three rooms, lots of laughter – and a strong community where humor and professionalism go hand in hand.

We are a larger part of Hærvejens Skole og Dagtilbud (0–17 years) – a place where we see children as whole people in their entire life course.

Soon we move into new stylish premises , designed by the architectural firm Mejeriet

Here you get the chance to be part of putting a personal mark on our new shared institution – both in the framework and content.

When we crave fresh air, we go to our own forest hut , where imagination runs free.

🌟 We are looking for you who…

✅ Can play and be present in the children's world – not just watch

✅ Is flexible, curious and ready to take initiative

✅ Has heart and care

✅ Has humor, self-irony and an appreciative approach

✅ Can work independently and in a structured way

✅ Dares to bring new ideas to the table – even the a bit crazy ones 😄
