Logistics and Administration Coordinator with a flair for IT

Do you want to be the administrative key person who keeps everyday warehouse life running?

As our valued colleague reaches retirement, we are seeking a committed and structured employee for a versatile position where you will act as the link between the warehouse, transport, sales and administration.

You will play a central role in daily operations and become an important sparring partner for warehouse staff, drivers and the office.

Your primary tasks

• Transfer and check orders in our WMS system (Logia)
• Ensure follow-up on orders that deviate from normal processes (Aspect4)
• Assist drivers and maintain delivery overviews
• Prepare payroll basis for hourly employees in SameSystem
• Coordinate and prioritise tasks with the warehouse staff
• Provide internal IT support for IT-related challenges in the warehouse (you will of course be trained)
• Answer inquiries from the sales department regarding shipments and deliveries
• Handle the warehouse's shared email
• Solve various ad hoc tasks in daily life

Working hours

Monday to Thursday: 06.45 - 15.15

Friday: 06.45 - 13.15
