Machine operator wanted – Are you sharp with the machine and quick to take initiative? 🚜

We are looking for several committed machine operators for a construction company where projects are moving along, there is plenty of space to think for yourself, and room for people who can think for themselves.

Here it’s not only about being good behind the joystick. We are looking for employees who take responsibility, help colleagues and get things done! 💪

🚧 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will become part of a team working on various construction tasks, including

• 🔥 Excavation work in connection with district heating
• 🚜 Operating excavators and other construction machines
• 🏗️ Earthworks, sewer and civil engineering works
• 📋 Planning and structuring the day’s tasks
• 🤝 Collaboration with colleagues to get the projects successfully completed
• 💪 Practical work off the machine when extra hands are needed

We’re not looking for people who just sit and wait for quitting time. We’re looking for people who can see what the next task is themselves!

👷 ARE YOU THE ONE WE’RE MISSING?

We hope you can recognize the following

• ✅ You have experience from the construction/contracting industry
• ✅ You have a Category B driving license
• ✅ You show up on time and are ready to roll up your sleeves
• ✅ You can work independently and take responsibility
• ✅ You have a good grasp of safety and requirements for Class 3 workwear
• ✅ You can keep an overview and plan your tasks
• ✅ You are a team player who helps out where needed

🚜 Experience with excavators is an advantage but not a requirement!

If you have experience from the construction industry, drive, and a desire to learn, we are also interested in hearing from you.
