We are looking for more skilled and independent machine operators for a contracting company with plenty of exciting projects within district heating, earthworks, sewer and civil engineering.

Here we need people who can think for themselves, take responsibility and keep the work moving. You do not necessarily have to be the most experienced on site – but you must have the right attitude and the desire to get things done.

🔧 YOUR WORK TASKS

• Excavation work in connection with district heating projects
• Earthworks, sewer and civil engineering
• Operation of contractor machines according to experience
• Planning and coordination of own tasks
• Collaboration with colleagues on daily progress
• Practical work outside the machine when needed

You're not just sitting here waiting for the next instruction. You take initiative, help each other and ensure the work keeps moving forward.

👷 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We imagine you

• Have experience from the contractor industry
• Have a B driving license
• Are reliable and take responsibility for your work
• Can work independently and maintain an overview
• Have an understanding of safety and requirements for class 3 workwear
• Can plan your workday and keep yourself occupied
• Are happy to lend a hand when colleagues need it

Experience with excavators is an advantage, but not a requirement. If you have the right experience from the civil engineering/construction industry and the desire to learn, we would also like to hear from you.
