Machine operators and laborers (cable and fiber trenching)

Our client is extremely busy, and we currently need both experienced machine operators for the trenching machine and fresh hand crews for cable and fiber trenching in Aalborg - Viborg - Randers.

Do you like physical work, a daily life with plenty of fresh air and a fixed partner?

Then we have the job for you whether you are the experienced machine operator or one of the fresh hand crews.

You will become part of a fixed partnership, where the machine operator and hand crews work closely together to get the cables into the ground. Whether you are best behind the wheel or with a shovel in hand, we promise an informal tone, good energy and colleagues who look out for each other.

In daily life you typically drive out together directly to the task. We have great trust in our people, so together with your partner you manage the workday within loose parameters.

This is a Try & Hire-forløb , i.e. you start as a temp via Komplex A/S, but with a view to permanent employment.

We think that you

• Have experience as Maskinfører and/or Håndfolk
• Have experience, little or a lot, with kabel- and fibernedgravning
• Have a driving license, B & BE (Large trailer license)
• Can deliver solid craftsmanship
• Are diligent, self-driving and, together with your partner, take responsibility for the task.

Working hours: Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 15:15, Friday 07:00 - 14:45.

Salary: Based on qualifications and collective agreement + shift allowance.
