Maintenance Electrician for service and dampers in Kolding

We need an electrician for service, dampers and commercial in Kolding.

You will become part of a larger electrical company, where the tasks are wide-ranging. The customers are private, commercial and retail, so you will have a everyday life with both planned installations and service tasks that must be solved properly. You will switch between autonomous visits and tasks where you work together with a partner. There is room for professional sparring because the company works with several types of electrical tasks and has people with different core competencies.

Here you get freedom with responsibility, but not freedom to sail alone. When you are out at the customer, you are expected to take responsibility for the agreement and say if something doesn’t add up. There is also an opportunity to develop your competences so you don’t just stick with the same tasks week after week.

Your everyday

The tasks alternate between planned service, smaller damper and renovation work, where you typically keep track of the next step yourself. When a task requires more hands, you work with a partner, get it coordinated and close it properly. You will need both troubleshooting, overview and the ability to talk properly with the customer along the way.

You will among other things be working with

• Solving service and dampers for customers
• Working with electrical installations in industry and commerce
• Taking renovation tasks from troubleshooting to final solution
• Installing lighting, cables and fixtures
• Working with network tasks and smaller panel tasks

Freedom with responsibility here means that you have room to solve the task properly - but also that you indicate if something changes along the way.

We are looking for someone who can check off most boxes

You don’t need to be able to do everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your appointments.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Have experience as an electrician, preferably from service or commercial
• Can plan your own day without losing overview
• Speak properly with customers
• Show up reliably and say if something isn’t right

It is an advantage if you have worked with service, dampers, renovation, networks or industry. But the most important is that you can take responsibility for the task and deliver it properly.
