We are seeking a technically strong and engaged Technical Consultant who can function as the company's central specialist. You will be attached to our Technical Department, where your primary task will be to ensure a high level of competence throughout the organization. You will have a key role, supporting workshops, salespeople and customers with advice, training and handling of complex questions.

The role and your focus

As a Technical Consultant you will become the natural professional focal point. Your focus will be to ensure fast and efficient support, so we always deliver consistent, high quality. You translate your deep technical insight into practical solutions and ensure that the latest knowledge is shared effectively with the workshops.

You thrive on being the central sparring partner people turn to when complex cases must be solved. You will be based at one of our locations in Padborg, Vejle, Aarhus or Brøndby.

Your primary tasks

You will have a diverse day-to-day with great professional responsibility, including

• Technical support: Provide qualified advice and support to our workshops, salespeople and customers.
• Advanced fault finding: Provide technical assistance during breakdowns and drive systematic fault-finding on complex installations.
• Education and courses: Plan and conduct courses, so you proactively educate and raise the competencies of our refrigeration technicians.
• Complaints handling: Handle technical complaints professionally and in a structured manner.
• Documentation and knowledge sharing: Prepare technical documentation and reporting and ensure a strong bridge between the Technical Department and the workshops.
• Workshop supervisor on-call duty: Participate in the company's fixed on-call rota.

Who are you?

• Refrigeration technical specialist: You have a very strong refrigeration technical understanding and solid experience in the industry.
• Strong electrical competences: You have deep electrical competences and a solid understanding of modern controls.
• Future-oriented: You have an interest in and understanding of electrification and the technological development within transport refrigeration.
• Analytical and systematic: You work independently, structured and have a pronounced analytical approach to fault finding.
• Communicative: You have the ability and desire to teach, advise and raise colleagues' competences. You communicate clearly and calmly – even when a case tightens up and the customer is waiting.
