Mariehønen, Skjoldhøj Dagtilbud seeks a pedagogue for our team, primarily kindergarten.

“It is morning at Mariehønen, and the first children are being dropped off. You greet the children with a smile, and help say goodbye to mom and dad. The rooms are not yet full, and both toddlers and preschool children play together in the large open shared room. It is important that the children can move around with joy and trust in the house. There is already good play underway, and together with your colleagues, you help with both supporting imaginative play and initiating plays and learning environments.

Soon it will be fruit and circle time for the toddlers, and you take a group of preschool children outside to the big playground, where the sky is high and nature is close. It will be a good day.”

We are looking for an educator who is ready to contribute positively to a workplace where we work as a single house with a view to all children and each other, so that we collectively contribute to our pedagogical practice. Mariehønen is an integrated institution consisting of children aged 0-6 years, divided into a toddler group and a preschool group.

You will become part of a house where you work in a structured daily routine, where development and well-being through professionalism are at the center. We are looking for an educator who is passionate about helping to create a pedagogical practice that both involves and addresses the individual needs of the children and the development potential of the child groups. You will primarily be attached to the preschool.

We have a good and engaged group of parents and a parents’ council who support us both in the daily pedagogical work and in the traditions.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary determination takes place after negotiation with the union with negotiating rights on the basis of qualifications, unless the position is covered by a pre-agreement that can form the basis for salary determination
