Marketing Brand Manager - Maternity Leave Cover

Erwin Hymer Group is one of Europe’s largest manufacturers of motorhomes and campervans. The various brands range from entry-level to premium class. Erwin Hymer Group Nord is responsible for sales in Scandinavia and acts as the link between the factories and the many dealers in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. At the head office in Vejle there are 13 employees and here you will have an important role in the Marketing team.

You will be part of a professionally strong team, consisting of 3 colleagues. Here you will have an independent role with responsibility for the continued development and operation of all marketing activities, on 3 brands that are sold in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. You will work closely with sales, where together you will focus on relevant initiatives and thus ensure quick action.

The path to success for you is created by being a driving and developing force, where you are proactive and have an open and relationship-building mindset which ensures that collaboration across the group, brands and dealers always flows as smoothly as possible.

It is essential that you are motivated in a broad role with full responsibility for your own business – where experience with budget management and negotiating the annual marketing budget is an important factor. It is natural for you to be part of the strategy but also to drive the tasks to completion.

In connection with the selection we will particularly weigh

• Broad experience with online marketing (Social media, content, advertising, optimization of Google Ads)
• Commercial mindset and an analytical approach
• Outgoing personality, who is motivated by a large contact network
• Strong own drive but still team-oriented
• Good communication skills – both spoken and written in Danish and English.
• Translation of press releases, newsletters, campaigns, technical data, m.m.
• Maintenance and updating of the website

We expect that you have several years of experience from a similar position. You are creative and strong in the entire online universe and perhaps you even have experience with offline marketing, which is also under your umbrella. Your career has shown that through high focus, a good structure and sharp planning you can create good long-term results.
