Marketing Coordinator with an international outlook and strong project drive

Then you could be our new Marketing Coordinator at Pressalit.

A central role in our marketing team

As Marketing Coordinator you will become an important part of Marketing and gain a broad contact surface both internally in the organization and to our international markets and external partners.

You will be the one who keeps the overview and ensures progress in a number of our marketing activities. You take independent responsibility for your projects, follow up on agreements and deadlines, and ensure that the right people and deliverables are in place at the right time.

An important part of the job will be to coordinate and drive product launches, ensuring high quality and time-to-market across markets and channels.

Your tasks

Your daily work will be varied, and you will among other things work with

• Coordinating and project managing product launches from plan to execution
• Dialogue and coordination with our international markets
• Execution and follow-up on marketing and activity plans
• Planning, coordination and execution of trade shows and events
• Coordination of advertising and media plans
• Coordination of content and materials for campaigns
• Collaboration with internal and external resources around development and production of marketing materials
• Collection of input and market feedback from our markets, among other things as the basis for the Marketing Manager's activity and budget planning
• Preparation and coordination of product texts and other marketing content
• Setup, proofreading and quality assurance of materials
• Preparation and adaptation of presentations

Who are you?

We envision that you already have several years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably from an international B2B company. You are structured and good at creating an overview, but at the same time flexible enough to handle the fact that priorities can change along the way. You can handle many balls in the air without losing details, and you have a natural ability to follow up and push tasks all the way to the finish line.

As a person you are outgoing and proactive, and you thrive in a daily life with a broad contact surface. You easily build relationships and enjoy collaboration with many different people – colleagues, international markets and external partners. At the same time you work independently and naturally take responsibility for your tasks. You follow up, take initiative and drive your projects forward.

And we are looking for a colleague – not just a skill profile. You want to be part of the community and actively contribute to the social interaction and good atmosphere in the office. You communicate confidently in both Danish and English – in writing as well as orally – and have an eye for quality, details and deadlines.

It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have experience with the following: Umbraco or similar CMS, Adobe Creative Cloud – especially InDesign, HubSpot and Jira.
