Machine Operator / Technician for SMT production (m/f)

Are you ready for new challenges and a daily life with technology, precision and good collaboration? We are looking for an engaged colleague who wants to become part of our strong SMD team and operate our pick-and-place robots. Experience with electronics assembly is an advantage, but your curiosity and willingness to learn is at least as important. We will of course provide thorough training and relevant further education so you get off to a good start.

A diverse daily life with modern technology

You will have a central role in production and close cooperation with skilled colleagues. Your main tasks will be:

• Machine operation: You operate and monitor the lines with screen printer, SPI, pick-and-place robots and reflow oven.

Quality assurance: You ensure that no faults occur, and contribute to optimization. You can perform daily maintenance and repairs on machines.

• Process optimization: You actively contribute ideas that make the production even more efficient and stable.

Who are you?

We imagine that you are technically curious, work systematically and enjoy being in a team where people help each other. It is an advantage if you:

• Can follow written instructions
• Have a flair for IT and technology and work structurally.
• Have knowledge of electronic components as well as SMD- and leaded PCB assembly.
• Preferably have knowledge of the IPC-610 standard – but it is not a requirement.
• Can speak and understand English at a good everyday level.
• Have an epoxy and soldering course – or are ready for us to send you to the necessary courses.
