At NAMISO & Natalie Maria Scandinavian we are looking for a creative, independent and results-oriented E-commerce & Marketing Specialist who is passionate about digital marketing, branding and online sales.

We are looking for someone who can think creatively and commercially, has an eye for detail and loves turning ideas into concrete results.

You will become an important part of our team and will have the opportunity to influence the development of our brands, marketing and webshop.

Your responsibilities

DIGITAL MARKETING

• Planning, setup and optimization of Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Google Ads, Google Shopping and Performance Max.
• Email marketing, newsletters and automated customer flows.
• SMS marketing and customer loyalty campaigns.
• Planning and execution of campaigns and product launches.
• Analysis of results, ad budgets and ongoing optimization with a focus on growth and revenue.

INFLUENCER MARKETING & PR

• Identify and contact relevant influencers and content creators.
• Build and maintain strong influencer relationships.
• Plan and coordinate influencer and ambassador collaborations.
• Develop and optimize affiliate collaborations.
• Negotiate agreements and follow up on the results of collaborations.
• Coordinate influencer activities during launches and events.

SHOPIFY & E-COMMERCE

• Daily operation, maintenance and development of our Shopify webshop.
• Creation and optimization of products, collections and product descriptions.
• Setup of campaign pages and landing pages.
• SEO and conversion rate optimization.
• Improving the customer journey and webshop experience.
• Work strategically with upsell, repurchase and customer loyalty.

GRAPHIC DESIGN & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

If you also have a flair for graphic design, it’s a big plus, but not a must!

We continuously develop new products under Natalie Maria Scandinavian, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to:

• Design of product labels and packaging.
• Development of graphic elements for new product launches.
• Visual branding and design of campaign material.
• Ensuring a cohesive visual universe across our brands.

WHO ARE YOU?

We imagine that you

• Have a relevant education and/or current courses
• Have experience with digital marketing and ecommerce.
• Have practical experience with Shopify.
• Can work independently with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Have experience with email marketing and preferably SMS marketing.
• Understand influencer marketing and social media.
• Are creative, structured and have a strong visual eye.
• Are analytical and understand the link between marketing and sales.
• Take responsibility, work independently and thrive with many different tasks.
• Are eager to become part of a company where development and new ideas are a natural part of everyday life.

Experience in beauty, skincare, fashion or lifestyle is an advantage but not a requirement.
