  • a workplace where we value interdisciplinary collaboration highly
  • a work culture with room to grow, where professionalism, creativity as well as security and humor go hand in hand

We expect that you

  • are inclusive and have a positive view of people
  • will contribute to ensuring good cooperation with citizens, relatives and other staff based on openness, respect and equality
  • are present and solution-oriented in the pedagogical work, where you act with focus on co-determination and self-determination
  • are able to create structure and predictability, and can set boundaries in the work
  • are prepared to perform care tasks based on the citizen's physical and cognitive functioning
  • are willing to use and challenge your professional skills – that you actively participate in the center's and department's meeting activities
  • see care plans, documentation and evaluation as a natural part of your work
