Merchandiser for Christmas assistance sought for Slagelse and surroundings – with possibility of extension

Do you have an eye for detail, experience from retail, and thrive in an autonomous daily routine where you visit several different stores and plan your own workday? Then this job might be for you!

We are currently looking for a Merchandiser as Christmas assistance for our team in Ringsted and surroundings – with the possibility of extension after the Christmas period. Start will be in early December, or by agreement.

About the job

As a Merchandiser you will be an important part of everyday life in some of Denmark's largest grocery stores. Your responsibility will be to ensure that the products are always neatly presented and sale-ready, and that the brand's expression is visible and inviting.

You work independently and visit several different stores during a week – you therefore do not have fixed colleagues, but rather great freedom and flexibility in your workday. It is therefore essential for the position that you thrive in an autonomous daily routine, without fixed colleagues.

Your main tasks include

• Stocking and trimming shelves and coolers
• Building displays and ensuring visibility for brands
• Ensure a neat and presentable store experience
• Reporting via app with photo tagging and comments
• Possible selling of goods

You will receive a weekly plan to follow – but there is great flexibility, and changes can occur from week to week. You can also request adjustments so the work fits into your daily life. Working hours are on weekdays between 06.00-16.00.

We are looking for someone who

• Is at least 18 years old and speaks Danish
• Has a car available, as you will visit several different stores
• Thrives in an independent job without fixed colleagues
• Is flexible, outgoing and able to collaborate with many different people
• Is responsible and takes pride in delivering quality

It is advantageous if you

• Have experience from retail and can operate a pallet jack
• Have a forklift certificate or stacking certificate (not a requirement)
• Can work essentially the entire period from week 51 to week 2, on regular weekdays
• Can handle an app
• Live in or around Slagelse

• Flexibility and influence on your schedules
• Fixed hourly wage
• Opportunity to develop yourself in the retail sector
• An informal environment with both cooperation and independence
• Possibility for extension after the Christmas period
