Mercher Christmas assistance sought for Haderslev – with possibility for extension

Merchandiser Christmas assistance sought for Haderslev and surroundings – with potential for extension

Do you have an eye for detail, experience from the retail sector and do you thrive in an independent everyday life, where you visit several different stores and plan your own workday? Then this job might be for you!

We are currently looking for a Merchandiser as Christmas assistance for our team in Haderslev and surroundings – with the possibility of extension after the Christmas period. Start will be in early December, or by agreement.

About the job

As a Merchandiser you will be an important part of daily life in some of Denmark's largest grocery stores. Your responsibility will be to ensure that goods are always neatly displayed and sale-ready, and that the brand’s expression is visible and inviting.

You work autonomously and visit several different stores during a week – you do not have fixed colleagues, but rather a great deal of freedom and flexibility in your workday. It is therefore essential for the position that you thrive in an independent daily routine, without fixed colleagues.

Your main tasks include

• Stocking shelves and trimming shelves and chillers
• Setting up displays and ensuring visibility for brands
• Ensuring a neat and presentable store experience
• Reporting via app with photo tagging and comments
• Possible sale of goods

You will receive a weekly plan that you follow – but there is great flexibility, and changes may occur from week to week. You can also request adjustments so that the work fits into your daily life. Working hours are on weekdays between 06:00-16:00.

We are looking for you who

• Are at least 18 years old and speak Danish
• Have a car available, as you visit several different stores
• Thrive in an independent job without fixed colleagues
• Are flexible, outgoing and can collaborate with many different people
• Are responsible and take pride in delivering quality

It is an advantage if you

• Have experience from retail and can operate a pallet jack
• Have a forklift certificate or stacker license (not mandatory)
• Can work essentially the entire period from week 51 to week 2, on normal weekdays
• Can operate an app
• Live in or around Haderslev

We offer

• Approximately 5 hours per week – with the possibility of more hours in busy periods
• Flexibility and influence on your shift plans
• Fixed hourly wage
• Opportunity to develop yourself in the retail sector
• An informal environment with both collaboration and independence
• Possibility of extension after the Christmas period

Additionally, you can also get tasks as a Brand Ambassador – e.g., Fridays and Saturdays – where you handle distribution of tastings and product samples in stores or at busy locations, if it interests you.
