Mobile mechanic for annual inspection

Your role

As a field-service mechanic for annual inspections you will be an important part of RIWAL's maintenance effort. You will work with planned inspections of, among other things, lifts, telescopic handlers and forklift trucks and help ensure that the equipment complies with relevant safety and operational requirements.

You meet customers in their daily work and represent RIWAL with a practical, solution-oriented and professional approach. The role requires you to work independently, while maintaining close contact with colleagues when tasks need to be planned, followed up or solved collectively.

The tasks include

• You perform planned annual inspections and technical reviews of customers' equipment.
• You identify wear, faults and needs for repair or maintenance and ensure that the tasks are handed over to Technical Helpdesk.
• You document your work carefully and ensure a clear basis for further follow-up.
• You consistently work with safety and respect for the customer's workplace and operations.

Personal characteristics

As a person you should be able to work independently and take responsibility. Since you become the link to the customer, you are expected to be service-minded and ensure a professional and good customer experience. You must be honest, organized and have a good sense of order.

Professional qualifications

You have a professional education and experience with mechanics, and that you can use a PC at a basic user level.

Regardless of which mechanical background you come with, we have a training program that ensures you are safely and professionally equipped for the tasks.
