Volvo Personal Service Technician (PST) for Bjarne Nielsen in Herning

At Bjarne Nielsen we are passionate about making a difference. We strive to think innovatively and develop ourselves so that we in unity can work to maintain our position as one of Denmark's most modern car groups.

For our car house in Herning we are looking for a sharp and preferably experienced mechanic for our Volvo workshop. You will exclusively handle Volvo cars, and you will become a Volvo Personal Service Technician, which is also called PST technician and is Volvo's concept for the workshop. This means, among other things, that the contact between the customer and you as the mechanic is very direct. You accompany the customer from the first contact to the delivery of the car.

Therefore it is important that, in addition to being skilled in the workshop, you are also approachable and service-minded towards our customers.

The daily work includes, among other things

• Repairs on Volvo passenger cars
• Video reviews of the cars for the customers
• Invoicing customer tasks

Who are you?

It is a requirement that you are a trained mechanic, and it is of course a plus if you have experience with Volvo. It may also be that you have experience from an authorized workshop, but the most important thing is actually that you have a high level of service and enjoy contact with customers.

We imagine that you

• Are a trained mechanic - preferably with experience from a Volvo workshop or authorized workshop
• Can work independently and enjoy contact with customers
• Are a proficient IT user and have good experience with ” testers” as well as electrical and diagnostic equipment
• Find joy and pride in well-executed work
