It is never fun when the damage has occurred – We basically all know someone who has been affected by a water damage to a greater or lesser extent. As a moisture technician you become the specialist who works with insurance claims - mainly moisture- and water damages.

It is you who assess the damage, carry out moisture measurements, prepare electronic moisture reports on site, and lay out a plan for how the damage can be remedied most efficiently.

As a moisture technician you are thus one of everyday heroes who helps our customers back to their everyday life quickly!

Recover is a damage repair company, which mainly handles insurance claims – including suddenly occurring damages. You will therefore experience busy periods during the year, which can lead to periodic overtime.

As a rule you will work as a moisture technician only during daytime on weekdays. You will also be part of our on-call schedule, which assists our insurance customers around the clock. This is agreed individually in each department, as needs for on-call shifts can vary.

• able to maintain an overview in busy periods with many ongoing cases

It is also important that you are proficient in using IT systems, as IT is a central part of daily life.

A workday with responsibility and freedom

As a moisture technician you plan your own workday. You have case responsibility, which means responsibility for safety, customer contact, coordination of employees and materials, high service level and ensuring a good economy in the individual case.

You are in ongoing contact with many different people – from estimators who need reports, to insured individuals who want updates, and not least colleagues who need to be briefed before they start the task.

A typical day can start from home with case follow-up. Then you drive out to inspect damages, perform measurements and prepare reports – often at the customer's site or from the company car.
