At Morsø Home Care, household assistants, social and health care helpers, social and health care assistants, nurses and therapists work closely together. Each shift starts with interdisciplinary shift-start meetings in small teams, where we share knowledge, plan actions and ensure the best possible quality for the citizens.

We work purposefully with the implementation of Holistic Care according to the Elderly Act and are preparing for the Health Reform.

Your tasks may include

• Cleaning according to Morsø Municipality’s Service Framework and Quality Standard for the Elderly Act and the Social Services Act.
• Laundry and merging of clothes
• Shopping and other practical tasks
• Light personal care according to the Elderly Act
• Health Act tasks after delegation, e.g. administering medication

Who are you?

You are first and foremost a colleague who contributes positively to the community.

We want you to

• Have experience from the elderly care sector, service professions or similar, but it is not a requirement
• Have a driving license

Practical

• Permanent position
• Generally full-time (hourly rate can be adjusted)
• Primarily day shifts
• Weekend work
• Must have a driving license
