Are you passionate about presence, play and secure child communities? We are seeking a pedagogical assistant/teacher's aide for a temporary maternity cover in our nursery at Ølsemagle Børnegård – 33 hours

Who are we? Ølsemagle Børnegård is a small day care with around 50 children distributed across a nursery group and two kindergarten groups. Our size means that we know all the children and families, and that presence is not just a value, but something we prioritise every single day.

We are surrounded by green areas and live close to the sea, which gives us unique opportunities to use nature as an active learning and development space. Outdoor life, movement and curiosity are a natural part of our pedagogical practice.

We work deliberately with small communities, where each adult is responsible for a smaller group of children. This gives us good opportunities to build strong relationships, follow each individual child's development closely and ensure participation opportunities for all children.

At the same time, we are a workplace where professional development is highly valued. We have a close collaboration with PPR and actively use professional sparring to continuously develop and qualify our practice.
