With us you will have a diverse daily routine with the opportunity to work independently, develop your skills and have influence on the planning of tasks and workflows. We prioritize professional sparring, knowledge sharing and a good structure in everyday life, while maintaining good humor – even when the pace is high.

We work in rotation so everyone gains familiarity with the team's different functions and can flexibly contribute to task solving. At the same time we are in continuous development, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping our common workflows, collaboration and allocation of tasks.

  • writing outpatient dictations.

In addition there is the possibility to assume special responsibilities and functions in the team depending on your interests and competencies. For example, a coordinator role for SAK students in collaboration with the internship supervisor, responsible secretary for MDT conferences or other tasks.

We imagine that you

  • are educated as a medical secretary or health administrative coordinator (requirement)
  • are eager to work in a clinic and preferably have experience from clinical work
  • are reliable and thrive with responsibility and a varied workday
  • are curious about new tasks and quick to learn new workflows and systems
  • work in a structured way, stay calm and keep overview and thrive with handling a busy and changing daily life
  • take initiative, work independently and actively contribute to finding solutions
  • have good collaboration skills and contribute positively to the community
  • are service-minded and meet patients, relatives, colleagues and collaborators with a positive and solution-oriented approach
  • have knowledge of MidtEPJ.

We offer

  • an exciting daily life in a highly specialized department with close multidisciplinary collaboration
  • a versatile position with the opportunity to take responsibility, have influence and develop professionally
  • four good colleagues and a collegial community where we value helpfulness, professional sparring and good humor
  • thorough introduction and training so you get off to a good start
  • opportunity to develop special areas of responsibility based on your interests and competencies
  • working hours on weekdays between 7:30 and 15:30 - no weekends, evenings or holiday shifts.
