We need a bricklayer for new builds and renovations in Støvring.

You will join a larger bricklaying team, with tasks in both residential and commercial sectors. The day-to-day shifts between new builds and renovations, so you get both the clean constructions and the tasks where you have to think a little along the way. You sometimes work alone and other times with a partner, depending on what the task requires.

The good thing about the role is the combination of freedom and fixed structure. The company car is included, and the four-day week gives more breathing space than in many other bricklaying positions. Here you are expected to act professionally, but also that the workday is something you can enjoy.

What you get Salary: 210-235 DKK per hour

Day-to-day: New builds, renovations and a mixed way of working

Your day-to-day

When a new task starts, you clarify the sequence on site and start on the bricklaying work ahead of you. In renovations you must be able to adjust along the way, while new builds require you to keep pace and deliver clearly to the next step.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Works on new builds for residential and commercial projects
• Renovates and repairs existing masonry
• Raises up exterior walls and partition walls
• Plasters and finishes masonry
• Lays tiles and ceramic tiles when the task requires it

The culture is fairly simple: it should be enjoyable to go to work, but the work must still be delivered professionally. You must be able to take a task, speak up if something doesn’t add up, and be respectful to those you work with.

We’re looking for someone who can check most of the boxes

You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have a couple of years of experience as a bricklayer
• Can work independently on site
• Thrive with both new builds and renovations
• Turn up reliably and get stuck in
• Act professionally towards colleagues and customers

It’s an advantage if you have experience with both residential and commercial projects. But the most important thing is that you can deliver proper work and fit into a day-to-day with freedom under responsibility.
