Music therapist for Hospice Fyn, 20 hours per week

Hospice Fyn seeks an engaged and professionally skilled music therapist for our interdisciplinary team. The position is 20 hours per week with start on 1 January 2027.

About the position

As a music therapist at Hospice Fyn you will

• Work with music as part of the relieving and supportive effort for patients and relatives.
• Participate in the interdisciplinary collaboration around the individual patient.
• Offer both individual and group-based music-therapeutic pathways.
• Contribute with professional sparring, teaching and dissemination of the importance of music therapy in palliative care.
• Participate in the development of Hospice Fyn's creative and sensory environment.

We seek a music therapist who

• Has a Master's degree in music therapy.
• Has experience with or an interest in palliative care and work with seriously ill and dying people.
• Is independent, present and empathetic – with a good ability to meet people in vulnerable life situations.
• Thrives in interdisciplinary collaboration and can actively contribute to a good work environment.
• Is musically flexible and creative in the work.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement. The position is 20 hours per week.

Information about the starting salary for the position, which includes base salary, centrally fixed allowances and pension according to Akademikere 33.01.1, can be found in the link to the website below.
