Sirius Hagesholm is located in beautiful, green surroundings near Gislinge, and is an individually tailored and specially arranged residential facility for adults, where development through wellbeing is the keyword. We are based in lovely rural surroundings with plenty of space and room for activities both outdoors and indoors.

The job mainly consists of

• Being available for residents if the need arises during the night.
• Answering and handling calls on the duty phone.
• Ensuring calm and safety in the house.
• Assisting with practical tasks.
• Being able to document the work in writing.
• Providing overlap during shift changes.

• You have good collaboration skills and are always approachable and solution-focused in your contact. You are able to stay calm, regain an overview and perspective when situations change, focus on your actions and do what the specific situation calls for.
• You are acknowledging and respectful in your approach to both residents and colleagues.
• You have personal resilience and can maintain your personal boundaries in relation to residents’ often chaotic and conflict-filled lives.

Salary and employment terms

The position is 37 hours per week. Working time will be 7 days of work and 7 days off.
