You will have a varied daily life where you both treat, care for, motivate, observe and document, and you will become a key player in ensuring quality and coherence in citizen pathways.

The position is primarily day shifts with weekend shifts every 3 weeks, start time at 7 a.m., where we hold daily sparring and coordination meetings.

Your profile

• Are a trained nurse with a Danish authorization

Some of your tasks

• Holistic care based on a holistic approach carefully planned according to the elderly law principles
• Coordinate the nursing care around the citizen
• Observe, triage, assess and document the citizen’s health and functional level
• Carry out basic and holistic nursing – especially with complex issues
• Participate in multidisciplinary assessment
• Perform and hand over nursing tasks with responsibility and overview
• Ensure coherence and quality in the citizen journal in collaboration with colleagues
• Discuss health and welfare issues at multidisciplinary conferences
• Assume the role as the pathway responsible in simple and complex pathways

Salary and employment terms

The position is desired to commence 1.1.2027 or as soon as possible.

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement and after concrete negotiation with the bargaining organizations.
