Nurse for Lindehaven Nursing Home in a permanent day shift

We are looking for a nurse in a fixed day shift, with weekend shifts every 4th weekend

We are a small nursing home with room for 25 residents.

We have assembled an ambitious team where well-being and professionalism have high priority and where there is room for development. We focus on the citizens in their own home and homeliness.

Our team consists of four nurses, in addition to social- and health-care assistants, social- and health-care helpers, an activities worker and hourly paid staff.

Your main tasks

• You will have a varied daily life with many professional challenges and the opportunity to shape the development of nursing.
• You are a major part of daily care and treatment.
• Your key tasks are to ensure professional development, e.g., through daily triage, together with your colleagues. To follow guidelines and instructions and make them part of everyday life.
• You will contribute to ensuring the residents' well-being and actively participate in the work with social-pedagogical action plans and resident conferences.
• You should be able to demonstrate clinical leadership and have an eye for the daily coordination of the work.
• You will be a daily supervisor for students. There is a clinical supervisor employed in the department.

Your competencies

• You are a licensed nurse, preferably with experience from both primary and secondary sectors.
• You are professionally ambitious and enjoy working independently, but also understand collaboration in a team.
• You maintain calm and keep an overview in all situations.
• You are good at creating and maintaining trusting relationships.
• You are sharp at documentation, preferably with familiarity with Nexus.
• Can work and function independently within your area of competence, as well as participate in close professional and interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

Employment process and salary

The appointment date is 1 January 2027 or by agreement.

We hold interviews on an ongoing basis as we receive applications.

We offer salary and employment terms according to the collective agreement for nurses and health personnel in municipalities.

Hiring is conducted according to principles of local pay setting and in agreement with the negotiating organization.

The salary range for the nurse position is 32,197 DKK - 46,157 DKK per month, excluding pension, for full-time employment (37 hours per week).

The final salary is set after negotiation between the employer and the trade union with bargaining rights in the relevant collective agreement area. The salary depends, among other things, on your education, documented seniority and qualifications.
