About the job

Would you like to be part of an organization and a mobile home care group that is continuously evolving, and would you like to be part of a workplace where there is room to grow, room for differences, and a high level of professionalism?

In short, would you like to be part of Denmark's best home care group - we think so - so Næsbygruppen is seeking 1 nurse for a temporary position who is passionate about their profession, who wants to make a difference, who can work based on the principles of holistic care, and who will contribute to the community.

Næsbygruppen is seeking 1 nurse for a temporary position that may extend into 2028.

About Næsbygruppen

Næsbygruppen is a home care group consisting of nurses, social- and health care assistants, social- and health care helpers, occupational and physiotherapists, substitutes, as well as one office assistant. Næsbygruppen's management consists of one rehabilitation leader and one deputy rehabilitation leader.

Since spring 2024 fixed interprofessional teams have been implemented across the entire Næsbygruppen – we have four fixed interprofessional teams, with all professional groups represented in each team. Working in fixed interprofessional teams increases professionalism, well-being and not least the quality of the core task. Likewise, there is greater safety and continuity for our citizens, as it is the same employees who come into the homes.

Næsbygruppen is placed in the Pathway for physical functional impairment, and our citizen group receives home care due to a physical functional impairment. We therefore offer home care, nursing and rehabilitation to citizens who can manage their own health interests. We work based on the principles of the rehabilitative approach, as the goal is for citizens to achieve the greatest possible independence in their daily lives despite their physical limitations.

Generally for Næsbygruppen we have a good working environment and a sense of community; we care about each other's well-being, and we treat each other with decency and respect. We value good collaboration both mono- and interprofessionally. Næsbygruppen thus has high social capital.

We offer, among other things

  • A good workplace with good colleagues
  • Visible management
  • Competence development
  • Freedom with responsibility
  • Community
  • Inclusivity
  • Colleague camaraderie both during and outside working hours

About the positions

We are seeking 1 nurse with start date from January 1, 2027 – Enjoy the New Year, you will start on January 2. It is a temporary position that may extend into 2028.

You will work exclusively day shifts from 7:00 to 15:00 – shifts are spread across both weekdays and weekends. Your shifts are distributed on a 16-week rotation, where you can have weekend shifts every 4th or 8th weekend.

You will be affiliated with one fixed interprofessional team, consisting of social and health helpers/assistants, nurses, therapists and substitutes, as well as a nursing group consisting of 22 skilled, inspiring nurses.

It would be an advantage if you have a driver's license, though not a requirement, as you as a nurse will need to drive over a larger geographical area than your social and health helper/assistant colleagues.
