About the job

RECRUITMENT, as we still have room for you.

We have been given a truly unique opportunity – would you like to be part of it?

We have received funds to develop, strengthen and robustify lung medicine. And now we are seeking nurses who want to help create what will become our future.

As a specialty, we have been allocated funds that give us a very special opportunity to think big, upscale and develop our offerings to patients.

We will bring home investigations and treatments, develop new functions and build new competencies. It is about creating a strong, professional and future-proof specialty, where we are equipped for the tasks and patient pathways that await us.

And now we are looking for you, who want to be part of it.

We have ambitions to create an even stronger pulmonology offer – closer to patients and with more investigations and treatments gathered here with us.

Maybe you have ideas about how we can do things differently. Maybe you are passionate about professional development, patient pathways or new nursing professional functions. Or perhaps you just want to be in a place where there is actually an opportunity to turn ideas into reality.

Whether you are an experienced pulmonology nurse or a newly graduated one, the most important thing for us is that you want to learn, develop yourself and be part of it.

With us you will have a pulmonology daily work life with high professional standards

We receive patients with acute and complex lung diseases, and you will work with both basic and highly specialized nursing care.

Right now we are working with, among other things

  • NIV
  • High Flow
  • CPAP
  • home NIV
  • complex acute pulmonology patients
  • pleural drainage and other pulmonary medicine procedures

At the same time we will start developing our tasks and offerings so that more investigations and treatments can be carried out with us.

We are a department where we help each other, spar professionally and have an informal tone.

We emphasize that it should be safe to be new, and that as an experienced nurse you have the opportunity to use and develop your professional skills.

Who are you?

We imagine that you

  • are a trained nurse – newly graduated or experienced
  • are curious about the pulmonology specialty
  • want to develop both yourself and our practice
  • dare to ask questions and contribute ideas
  • thrive in a daily life where not everything is predetermined
  • want to be an active part of a professional community

You don't need to be able to do everything from the start. But you must want to be part of creating what we need to be able to do tomorrow.

What can you expect?

You can expect to become part of a workplace where professionalism, development and community go hand in hand.

You will get

  • a thorough introduction and training in the pulmonology specialty
  • opportunity to develop and specialise your competencies
  • opportunity to influence new functions and workflows
  • a professional community where we help each other
  • colleagues who take both the task and each other seriously
  • a workplace where there is room for ideas, curiosity and development

And perhaps most importantly

You will come at a time when there is an opportunity to leave a clear professional mark.

We stand at the beginning of a development that we are excited to embark on.

We will develop. We will upscale. We will bring home. We will think anew. And we will robustify lung medicine.

Would you like to be part of it?

We look forward to hearing from you.
