Do you want to make a difference for our residents while helping to strengthen the nursing quality? Then we may have the job for you.

At Holstebro-Alstrup Friplejehjem we are seeking an engaged and professionally strong nurse for 30–32 hours per week with a start on 1 November 2026.

The position is a strengthening of our nursing effort, and you will become our second nurse. You will work closely with our current nurse, the management, and the rest of the staff.

A daily life close to the residents

Your tasks will include, among others

• Nursing, clinical assessments and follow-up on residents’ health conditions
• Observation, early detection and prevention
• Medication management and follow-up
• Documentation and quality assurance
• Coordination with doctors, hospital and other partners
• Guidance and professional sparring with social and health care staff
• Contribution to developing and maintaining our professional standards

The new Elderly Law focuses on self-determination, joy of life, holistic care, and trust in professionalism. With us you will help translate these values into practice by seeing the whole person, starting from the resident’s wishes and resources, and working preventively and rehabilitatively.
