Who are we?

At Anneshave Temporary Placements you will become part of a strong work community – both mono- and multi-disciplinary. We work closely together every day with a clear focus on the core task and on creating the best pathways for our patients.

Anneshave Temporary Placements is part of the Local Health Service together with Gug Temporary Placements and Acute Care Aalborg. We are in the midst of an exciting development, where the health reform in 2027 means that the temporary placements and acute placements will transfer to the upcoming health and care placements.

That means that you as a nurse at Anneshave Temporary Placements are part of the development happening around the upcoming health reform and the development within the nursing profession's field of operation. The placements will be expected to be transferred to the Region from 1 January 2027. This makes it especially interesting to be with us right now. With us you get a daily life with high tempo and great variation. We have 48 temporary placements and a significant patient flow, where you meet patients from all specialties.

We differentiate ourselves by the fact that no one lives here permanently – patients are here for evaluation. Most come from the Region and are often multi-ill and complex both somatic, psychiatric and social. We receive patients from 18 years and up. Although the main group is older and often geriatric, we also see more younger patients. You will thus meet people in all life stages and with very different social complexities. It requires that you thrive in an environment where no days are the same, and where sharp assessments and quick, professional interventions are a central part of the work.

The practical

• We are seeking nurses for employment from 1 January 2027, or by agreement
• The positions are basically 37 hours
• Work every 4th weekend
• Weekday shifts 7–15 or 10–18

Special about the employment

As part of the health reform, this position will be transferred from Aalborg Municipality to Region Nordjylland on 1 January 2027.

When you apply for the position, you will therefore become part of a professional area that from 2027 must help develop and operate the new health and care placements in Region Nordjylland. You will have the opportunity to be part of the beginning and contribute to the development of a new health service focused on a close, coherent and rehabilitative offer to the citizens.

Professional competencies

We expect that you

• Master basic nursing and can provide specialized nursing at an individual level
• A nurse who can act in the acute field and can perform ABCDE at a high professional level
• Can train and support competence development among other professional groups represented at Anneshave
• Can facilitate and ensure high quality in Aalborg Municipality’s efforts for early detection
• Can maintain overview in collaboration with many actors
• Contribute actively in both mono- and interprofessional sparring, reflection and collaboration
• Prioritize good and precise documentation (familiarity with CURA is an advantage, but not a must)
