Nurses for permanent teams in Holistic Care – Korsør

About the positions

As we are expanding, we are seeking skilled nurses for permanent teams in the Holistic Care (Helhedsplejen) in Korsør Vest and Nord. The positions are 32-37 hours per week, primarily day shifts, with a weekend shift every 4 weeks.

You will be attached to a team consisting of 3 nurses, social- and health care assistants, social- and health helpers, rehabilitation therapist, visitor/case manager, planner and area manager as close collaboration partners in daily work. Interdisciplinary team meetings are held twice a week.

• are a trained nurse
• are independent and responsible
• have good pedagogical skills and prioritise high-quality nursing – with the citizen at the center
• are familiar with ABCDE and ISBAR
• work and act independently according to applicable guidelines and instructions
• place high value on health documentation
• have a driving license and are comfortable with the car being a daily part of your workplace
• are eager to collaborate both within single-discipline and interdisciplinary teams

Employment takes place under the current agreement with the Danish Nurses Organization, Nurses and Health Visitors. The monthly salary range for full-time employment excluding pension is between DKK 31,357.95 and 37,047.00. It should be noted that final placement, including collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on education, experience and qualifications according to the Ny løn (New Pay) principles.
