Then it might be you we are looking for. We are looking for 4 committed and clinically strong nurses for the new health and care wards in Vejen.
Here you get a unique opportunity to help shape the nursing care of the future that is close to citizens.
Who are we? As a result of the Health Reform, from 1 January 2027 the regions take responsibility for health and care wards. At Esbjerg and Grindsted Hospitals the new clinical department Citizen-Centered Health is under development. The aim is to create a more intimate, coherent and equal health system, where citizens experience coherence in their pathways, and where the right competencies are in place at the right time.
Esbjerg and Grindsted Hospitals are therefore establishing 11 beds in Vejen. Here, nurses, doctors, physiotherapists and occupational therapists as well as social and health care assistants work closely together.
A job where your nursing makes a difference At the health and care wards you will meet citizens who may have complex somatic and medical issues and multiple simultaneous illnesses. Your clinical assessment, professionalism and ability to see the whole person will therefore be decisive.
You can read more about health and care wards in the Quality Standard from the Health Authority.
