We are seeking an engaged store manager who wants to lead a strong team and help create great experiences for our customers every single day.

What does the job involve?

As the store manager you will be responsible for the daily operation of the store. You will be the driving force behind both sales, employees and the good atmosphere in the store. In short, you will have the opportunity to put your own mark on a store where there is room for initiative and development.

Your main tasks will include, among others

• To ensure an inviting and sales-ready store
• To plan and coordinate the daily operations
• To hire, train and develop employees
• To motivate the team and achieve good results together
• To deliver fantastic customer service and lead on the shop floor
• To work with product presentation and create inspiring environments

Who are you?

You are passionate about sales, people and leadership. You are motivated by creating results and thrive with responsibility. At the same time you have good commercial sense and understand how to run a store with a focus on customers, employees and the bottom line.

• Have experience from retail – preferably in sports, fashion or textiles

You must be willing to work every other weekend, on holidays and during vacation periods.
