About the Acute Department's Therapists

Therapists are organized under the Acute Department, and live in the physiotherapy and occupational therapy on level 3, where we share premises with the orthopedic surgeons' therapists. You report to morning coordination in the therapy department. From here you go out and solve tasks on ward units in the building, and return during the workday to the therapy department for professional sparring, coordination and collegial interaction.

You will have a professional lead in therapy who has an office in the physiotherapy and occupational therapy area. There are also 2 specialty-responsible occupational therapists who are responsible for ensuring professional initiatives, guidelines, projects and trial actions.

We receive occupational therapy students from VIA in Aarhus, and all occupational therapists contribute to ensuring that the students have a good and educational internship with us.

We are a good team, with a genuine interest in each other’s well-being. We have good humor and an informal approach to one another. We would like to welcome you to this community, but also expect you to contribute to it.
