A home where presence, warmth and daily life are central.

Would you like to be part of a nursing home where homeliness, care and the individual are the starting point for everything we do? And do you thrive in a combined role where you bring your occupational therapy expertise into play and are close to the residents in daily care? Then maybe you are the one we are looking for at Vinderup Care Home.

We are looking for an engaged occupational therapist who wants to help develop and shape a newly created position with us. The position is distributed with 14 hours per week at the care home and 8 hours per week in our affiliated elderly housing . Based on the new Elderly Act we want to strengthen the rehabilitative approach and create good opportunities for residents and citizens to maintain their functional ability, independence and quality of life in everyday life.

Since occupational therapy is a new field in this organisation for us, you will have a unique opportunity to influence the content of the position and develop occupational therapy in close cooperation with management and staff. You will have freedom to take initiative, develop workflows and find solutions that make sense in practice and create value for residents, citizens and colleagues.

We therefore seek you who are keen to think creatively, take responsibility for your professionality and collaborate across professional groups. You thrive on building something and are ready to develop your role as we together find the best possibilities.

With us you have the opportunity to make a difference with your professional skills in a daily life where presence, care and interdisciplinary collaboration are important, and where there is room for dialogue, sparring and professional development.

About the position

The total number of hours and the distribution of hours will be agreed further with basis in your wishes and the care home's needs.
