Finance Assistant for Skifter Lastbil and KH OneStop

For our Shared Service Center in Aabenraa we are seeking a finance assistant who can participate as a professional and development-oriented team player in our team that handles all matters related to Finance, Controlling, HR, IT and Communications in a development-oriented group with around 400 employees

We offer a position where you will largely have the opportunity to develop yourself in a professionally strong environment.

You will be responsible for your own areas of work, but always with the possibility of sparring and backup to solve the tasks, just as it is expected that you lend a helping hand when there is a busy period in the department.

The tasks are varied, and you will have a broad contact surface, both internally in the company, as well as to our customers and suppliers.

Work tasks

You are offered a varied and interesting daily life, where we take pride in meeting our deadlines with a high quality in task solving. It would be an advantage if you have experience in automating and streamlining processes, as we continuously work to eliminate manual processes in task solving.

Your tasks will among other things include

• Debtor management
• Creditor management and -payment
• Bookkeeping, VAT and reconciliations for the group’s parent and property companies
• Distribution of incoming invoices via Continia
• Financial postings
• Diverse reconciliations for monthly accounts
• Diverse ad hoc tasks

Personal

You must be used to that there can be many different tasks to handle at the same time, and you can take independent decisions
