On-call substitutes for awake night shifts at Spektrum Herning

Would you like to work at night and help create calm and safety for adults with autism and ADHD? We are looking for on-call substitutes for Mosaikken in Snejbjerg and the shared living arrangement on Thrigesvej in Herning.

Tasks and training

Residents' needs always come first. You support them if they wake up or need help, including personal care. As a rule, practical tasks such as cooking, cleaning and laundry take up most of the night shift. Part of your task is also to document the resident-focused work during the night.

We work according to fixed structures and descriptions that create familiarity for the residents. In Mosaikken's sheltered department, residents need close support and some may display outwardly challenging behavior.

You will receive training through shadow shifts in all departments and descriptions of your tasks. There are two awake night shifts at Mosaikken and one at Thrigesvej.

About you

• You thrive in night work and can work independently and take responsibility.
• You meet the residents with calm and respect and follow the agreed procedures.
• You participate in the practical tasks and ensure good handover to your colleagues.
• Knowledge of autism is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Practical information

Working hours: approx. 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM/8:15 AM.

Employment as an on-call substitute with start as soon as possible or by agreement.

Salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement.
