Rosenkildevej 97 is a municipal residential facility with very good physical surroundings both indoors and outdoors. The residents have physical and mental disabilities and range in age from 20 to 90 years.

Our residential facility is cozy, homely and a really good framework for both residents and your working life. In our work we emphasise involving residents in their own lives. Together with the residents we create a daily life with experiences and strong influence. You will work as part of a co-led team, where decisions are made close to the resident.

• you can work every other weekend or every 4th weekend on even weeks

We expect that you as an employee

• are motivated to pedagogically work with residents who have complex disabilities, where care and support are a given
• are eager to work with creativity, development and professional sparring
• can be initiating and at the same time be the one who contributes to ensuring that the various tasks are completed
• can work in a structured way and create an overview of the day’s pedagogical and health-care tasks
• can engage in different networks in a professional and constructive manner, both interdisciplinary and single-discipline
• can document in an electronic resident journal, both in relation to the pedagogical and the health-care work
• can work independently and are good at collaborating in a team
• preferably have a category B driving license so you can participate in external activities such as horseback riding and swimming.
