Operators for packaging production

Short-term employment (3-6 months) with possibility of permanent employment

adapa flexibles Denmark Slagelse A/S is looking for operators for our packaging production in Slagelse. We are a modern manufacturing company in growth, delivering technically processed packaging solutions to, among others, the pharma, dairy and tobacco industries.

We operate under high quality requirements and are proud to deliver reliable solutions to our customers. Experience from production is an advantage, but not a requirement, as we provide thorough training.

Working hours

The position operates on a 3-shift cycle, and it is therefore required that you can work day, evening and night.

Day shift: 06.00-14.10

Evening shift: 14.10-21.40

Night shift: 21.40-06.05

On night shift, four nights per week are worked. You are paid for 37 hours, while the actual working time is 34 hours.

Duties

• Operation and monitoring of production machines.
• Troubleshooting and minor maintenance tasks.
• Quality control in accordance with applicable standards.
• Compliance with GMP requirements as well as safety and quality procedures.

We are looking for you who

• Are motivated, engaged and reliable.
• Speak, read and understand Danish, as instructions and documentation are in Danish.
• Have a good set of hands and thrive with physical work.
• Are flexible and prepared for changing working hours.
• Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things.

It is an advantage if you have experience from a manufacturing company, but the most important is your motivation and approach to the work.

• Starting wage of 187.85 DKK per hour plus evening and night allowances.
