Operational production planner

We have expanded our factory in Tønder with several production lines, and therefore we are looking for another operational production planner for the Danish planning team, which today consists of two planners. As part of the European planning team you will be responsible for planning and prioritizing production orders to ensure maximum output in our production and satisfied customers who receive the goods on time.

You will hold a very important function with broad collaboration with your colleagues in production, sales, customer service, logistics, quality, as well as the planning team in Hartmann's other European departments. In this job, collaboration, overview, coordination and planning are the keywords for success.

Hartmann Packaging A/S is the world-leading company in the sale and production of moulded fiber packaging for eggs and fruit. We are a growing company that with our technology and products uses recycled paper and thus is a sustainable alternative to plastic packaging.

What tasks?

As a production planner your primary tasks will consist of

• Ensure creation, review and ongoing improvements of the optimal production plan based on demand and the available production capacity
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly production plans
• Planning of production of finished goods and semi-finished products
• Optimize the production planning process and improve production output
• Update lead times
• Participation in planning meetings and projects
• Analyze the capacity of the production lines

Who are we seeking?

You have experience as a production planner from a process industry and bring in-depth knowledge of tools for production planning.

In addition you have

• Routine in working with MRP- and ERP-systems and you are an experienced IT user (Office suite)
• Good Danish and English skills in writing and speaking
• A structured and analytical approach to tasks and attention to detail
• It's good to juggle many tasks, while maintaining an overview and being able to see the consequences
• Good collaboration and communication skills across the organization
• A proactive approach to tasks, is solution-oriented and takes responsibility
