Are you passionate about good customer service, a versatile everyday life and creating great customer experiences? Then you may be our new colleague in the Contact Center at Europcar Denmark!

We are seeking a new colleague for our Contact Center at the head office in Aarhus as soon as possible.

Here we work every day to build and develop good relationships with our many different customers and colleagues. Inquiries come both by telephone and email and span a wide range – from reservations and advice to customer service and practical questions.

Your main tasks

• Handle inquiries from both corporate and private customers in Denmark and abroad.
• Ensure a proactive and professional dialogue with customers throughout the reservation process – primarily via phone and email.
• Register customer agreements and reservations correctly in our reservation system.
• Advise on prices, equipment and add-on services based on customers' needs and any agreements.
• Handle Danish and international customer service cases, including complaints.
• Take care of various practical ad hoc tasks during the day.
• Actively contribute to delivering Denmark's best car rental experience.

Your professional and personal qualifications

You may have a commercial/clerical education or experience from the travel industry, customer service or another customer-facing role. The most important thing is that you are motivated by customer contact and passionate about giving customers a good experience.

We also expect that you

• Enjoy talking to people and communicate clearly, engaged and professionally – also over the phone.
• Have experience with customer service and preferably with handling complaints.
• Are good at creating a personable dialogue and advising customers about our products and services.
• Are open, outgoing and good at communicating with many different people.
• Thrive in an open office environment with a high activity level and many phone inquiries.
• Work independently, take responsibility for your tasks and have a sense of structure and follow-up.
• Motivated by teamwork, engagement and a strong collegial community.
• Master Danish and English at a high level, both spoken and written.
• Have good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, and be curious about new systems and technical solutions.
