An educator is sought for Nøddebo Preschool.

32 hours per week – with the possibility of more or fewer hours by agreement

Who are we?

Nøddebo is a small preschool with capacity for 65 children. Our size enables us to create close professional relationships between children, parents and staff, and we place emphasis on presence, safety and that the staff at child height contribute with activities that meet all children’s needs.

We are in an exciting development process, where we work purposefully to strengthen our pedagogical practice, our collaboration and the structures that create the best frameworks for the children.

An important role in our development

We are looking for an educator who is willing to take responsibility, lead by example and be an active participant in developing our everyday life and who is professionally proud and eager to help set the direction together with the principal, fixed staff and substitutes.

You should be able to see opportunities in changes and be willing, together with colleagues and management, to create clear structures, strong children’s communities and a professional working environment.

We want a staff member who contributes with professional reflection, initiative and engagement, and who can help strengthen the collaboration around the core task – to create the best conditions for the children’s well-being, learning and development.

You will have, among other things, close collaboration with

• Family House in Solrød Municipality
• The municipality’s development educators
• The surrounding schools regarding the children’s transitions

In addition, we are preparing to implement a wellbeing index , which will be an important common tool in our continued work with early intervention, well-being and development.
