The Milky Way Daycare, which belongs to the Daycare District Glavendrup, is seeking a professionally engaged and dedicated pedagogue for a 37-hour position.

We work systematically with positioning throughout the day. This creates clarity and room for play and activities for both children and adults.

As a pedagogue, you are expected to take professional responsibility and have the courage to reflect on both your own and others' practice – in an open and trusting dialogue. It is important that you want professional development and will help create learning processes that are meaningful and developmental for the children.

Who are you?

You are a trained pedagogue and you think that children are among the smartest, funniest people you can be with. You have a modern view of children and know that children do well when they can, and that it is you as the professional who must change something if everyday life goes off track and the community does not function.

We are looking for a pedagogue who would like to be a practicum supervisor for our pedagogy students. Perhaps you have experience with this and already have the practicum supervisor education.

Expected salary range will be provided at the first interview. The final salary is set based on your qualifications and previous professional experience and after concrete negotiation with the professional association.
