Educator, Pedagogical Assistant or Pedagogical Helper for Nordstjernen

The Nordstjernen Daycare, located on beautiful Nordlangeland, is seeking an engaged and versatile pedagogue, pedagogue assistant, or pedagogical assistant for a maternity-leave replacement in our nursery and kindergarten.

The position is initially 37 hours – but can be adjusted to your preferences. The employment is a maternity-leave replacement from December 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026.

Nordstjernen, as part of Børnehuset Nordskolen and Nordstjernen, is located in Snøde on Nordlangeland in scenic surroundings not far from forest, beach and water.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and the principles of local wage formation.

The salary is set after individual negotiation based on either the Collective Agreement for pedagogues at day-care institutions, after-school programs, clubs, etc., or the Collective Agreement for pedagogical assistants and educational assistants.

Starting salary for a pedagogue in this position is expected to be between DKK 34,400 and 39,300 per month (excluding pension), depending on experience/seniority.

Starting salary for a pedagogical assistant in this position is expected to be between DKK 29,400 and 32,300 per month (excluding pension), depending on experience/seniority.

Starting salary for a pedagogue assistant in this position is expected to be between DKK 25,000 and 28,000 per month (excluding pension), depending on experience/seniority.

In addition, there will be the possibility of negotiating individual allowances based on relevant competencies.
